Our family’s journey began in the 1920s when our grandparents migrated from Gujarat, India, to Nairobi, Kenya. Leaving behind their small rural village, they brought along a wealth of culture, faith, and, most importantly, a love for food! In Kenya, they joined the thriving Indian community, living alongside Punjabi families, where recipes and cooking techniques were shared and cherished. This fusion of traditions led to an evolution in our cooking, blending the flavours of Gujarati, Punjabi, and Kenyan influences. Today, our unique, wholesome curries are a tribute to this rich heritage and family legacy.
